RC or DC yr 1 chance if pass non-guarantee interview

I want to know how likely to get an offer for ESF's RC or DC yr 1 if pass the interview assessment but they said still put on waiting list?

Chance will depend on your category of priority for admission and your application number.  Please refer to their web site.  Or you may ask their admission office direct.

I will say RC will better chance than DC, cause a lot of Cat.1 kids who they lives in DC and Tung Chung.

For DC and RC, I don't think the Cat system matters that much as they are both PIS and the below criteria apply:

At capacity, 70 per cent of students enrolled must have one parent with Hong Kong Permanent Resident status.  

• Renaissance College has no catchment area.  

• Children of full-time teachers at RCHK, Discovery College and ESF schools are guaranteed a place within a PIS or ESF school.

1. They invited interview just 2weeks before in a rush, and the random number drawn before is near200, I just wonder the chance to get in with such number on waiting list for a cat 2 child though they say no category for PIS.
