請問小一預備班

小兒來年入讀小一, 請問有關小一預備班的情況.

1. 有沒有校車服務提供?
2. 上課時間如何?是否全日?
3. 預備班完結後有三個星期才到九月,會否有暑期功課?

因為要安排工人及自己放假, 希望有多些預備...

Based on the experience from last year,

1) There will be school bus services provided during the summer prep class

2) Summer prep class is a half day class only -- i.e., it ends before lunch time

3) There is a bit home work, but not really that much. Some subject teachers will require students to do home revision on a few chapters of the text book

Main purpose of the prep class is to let students in getting used to the school day run down and also the class format. It can also let kids to make friends and getting familar with the school environment.

It's a pretty good arrangement indeed.
