其實好多幼稚園都會幾大的流動!
我相信學校不會因小部份的老師而會有影響的, 我們要相信Sister Pauline, 相信吳校長!

其實我擔心走老師會影響到小朋友，MC煎，難道不會嗎?雖然走的老師不是我女女的班，但都有d擔心!!呢d都係我個人感受!!

本來，家長 "呻" 吓是無可厚非，ＢＫ本來是交流的平台，入來的可以是任何人，但要把學校的情況拿出來討論，非本校的人能給您好建議嗎？最多教您轉校。

有憂慮的可向校方表達，多次公開批評校長和主任是不厚道的行為。

Dear yukiyu,

No need so much worry.  Your daughter is very lucky as she is in K3.   She has to study in GH Kindergarten for half year only.  Referring to some posts from you, your daughter has got the offer from GH Primary School.  To my view, it is a secure and good backup for your princess.

For my daughter, she is now K2.  I am so worry if she could get the offer from GH Kindergarten.  If not, I don't know what I can do.  It is critical for her in coming 2nd term of K2.  Based on my observation, the syllabus of K2 in GH is much easier compared with her previous K1 kindergarten.  I am so sad as she may not be good enough /well-prepared to compete P1 place with kids from other kindergarten.

Don't worry too much. Your girl is already K3, whether the teachers are good or not, it's a matter of half a year only.

I understand, as a mother, don't want to waste even 1 month of study time for your kid. However, I think this is more of worry and concern for K1 and K2 parents. They might have give up SC or KV these kind of schools to join GH. They pay more to bet for a GH primary seat and are even more worried and anxious.

You are a good and caring mom for your daugher, just spend more effort to teach her yourself is suffice to compensate for deficiency in the syllabus for half a year.

I am not too sure how the syllabus of GHK lag behind of other KG with good academic achievements. So I cannot give too much comments. Any exixting GHK mama/papa can kindly tell? Thanks.

I agree with you, yukiyu always creates negative topic, I did response to her posts for several times.  I understand how GH parents are worry about the GH kinder syllabus, including myself.  However, up to now,  I still believe and am holding hope that GH will keep the promise to improve the syllabus in 2nd term, especially K2 (I am a K2 parent).  For current K2 student, we will go for P1 application this year.  Since there is no guarantee seat for GH P1, interview and result day will be the same as outsider, so we still need to apply some schools or the better schools.

But yukiyu's daughter should be K3 now and heard she already got GH P1 offer, why she still spreads "negative energy" in BK?  Please try to consider other parent whose daughter is in GH and also the school reputation.  I think besides syllabus need to be improved, the rest are good. For class teacher of my daughter, I can say she is not perfect, but not bad.  I think we can't compare the teacher of K1 and K2, I do believe the attitude should be different, teachers will have more expectation on K2 kids, that's why we feel K2 teachers are not as good as K1 teacher.  

BTW, yukiyu, will you give up the GH P1 seat?

其實我擔心jer!!不過大家講得岩，只有幾個月就讀完Kg,希望上到小學會好d啦!!

其實,港島一條龍女校都有人一年換4次班主任,真系無辦法架, 既然都K3喇,又可以升小學,唔使太擔心丫

教師流失相信响每間學校/幼稚園都會出現, 可能因為係新校, 會比一些已上軌道的學校多工作及辛苦. 依家做教師真係好辛苦架, 响學校已經好多工作, 成日又要o.t., 晚上仲要去進修, 仲要應付家長成日向學校投訴呢d, 投訴果d, 真係少d eq都頂唔順.
樓主, 放鬆d啦, 好好讓你個女兒享受呢半年幼稚園生活, 升上小學後, 相信你都唔得閒上嚟 bk, 因為小學的課程將會教得好快同埋相信都唔淺.
