陳守仁VS馬灣基慧

陳守仁收咗我的小朋友, 本來我很開心, 因為大家對這間學校的評語都很好, 但我看見它P.6的派位成績好像不太好呢! 只有5x%入BAND1中學, 還有大家知道這間直屬的PLK Ngan Po Ling College, 我看見每年也有around 20students 讀呢間中學.
反觀我同區的馬灣基慧, 也有66%入BAND1中學, 而且是津中, 大家可給我意見嗎
還有正在讀陳守仁的家長, 你們的小朋友P.6會選什麼學校呢? 小朋友在這學校讀書是否真的會比較主動,熱情及語言方面會比其他小朋友好些的呢???

如果TSL收咗，應該註冊咗，註冊了就不能同時註冊其他津校或大抽獎，怎麽可同時hold兩間津校同直資?但如TSL真不合你心水，請放位給心儀的家長，真有很多家長還在等.....

個人相信陳守仁在學術方面的成績未必會是非常特出, 但同時亦相信已經非常不錯.
當年有幾家學校收小女插班, 而我們選擇陳守仁是主要基於幾個因素:
1. 相對一般小學來說有著比較多元種族及文化;
2. 當時認為學校英語水平會很不錯, 事實亦然;
3. 相信學校的辦學理念;
4. 由於小女的中文水平問題, 在這裡可以選擇以非中文生入學;
5. 在網上的口碑很不錯, 小朋友都可以愉快學習 (這個我可以肯定).

坦白講, 如果你是想入一家升中時可以大比例入 band1 的小學, 比陳守仁好的多的是, 但是否適合自己小朋友又卻是另一回事. 我朋友女兒入了一間名校小學 (很大原因是家長面子上的需要而入的), 但每天晚飯後仍是做功課, 之後還要溫書, 小朋友面上沒有了應有的樂天笑容. 當然, 如果小朋友是一個讀書材料, 作為家長應該儘可能去配合, 但如果是比較樂天好動, 便更應該小心選擇學校.

我們經常說: 人比人, 比死人, 其實世界太多事物都不好直接比較, 學校亦然.

However, to be fair. As we live on ma wan, from what we have heard about 基慧, we believe that it's a good school as well! It's also announced as active teaching style. The environment of school is super. The pupils we cross everyday seem polite and behaive very good. It's free!
On the other side, it's more academic oriented than tsl. We had only 15 points which was impossible to get a place in the 1st round... Also, tsl is an English primary school, which we prefer. Tsl has french stream and it's rare to find in other school.
So for us, tsl was our 1st choice at the end. But it was just us.

may i know how long does it take to school from ma wan? any school bus schedule for reference. Thanks!

去了顏保玲同李國寶既同學, 好多係來自法文組, tsl 有幾十個法文學生, 到派中學時候, 得很少選擇, 佢要搵間不用讀中文既band1 津中, 全港數得出有幾多間? 出面 d 家長唔熟tsl , 認為成績唔好既學生就派去李同顏.
有小朋友讀出面既屋村小學, band2 去考顏,都唔收.

基wai 唔冼$, 又係好學校, 咪選 基wai , 不過有好多荃灣既小學, 功課都會好多吓.
