Yes, they only started to have Kowloon school buses last year I think and it is only available for PM classes.  However, need to note they only have school buses from east side of HK island (start from wan chai) and Kowloon east only for PM classes also.

$2,385 is before using school voucher.  You will need to pay around 1,000 per month if using school voucher (the amount is different every year and I think next year is around $1,400)

My 0803 daughter got St Clare's AM offer too, I prefer St. Clare's more because it is a girl school.

In term of school fee, after deducting education voucher of HK$1,600 for the school year of 2011-12, you only need to pay $100 while the school fee of True Light is $2300 something, so you need to pay around $700 something....

Both are one-dragon school and seemed to be guaranteed that you can go to its primary school.

Academically, St.Clare's is good at its English and French teaching in primary school, but I don't know much for True Light.

Hehe, when your child goes to primary school, you will find out that it is impossible to leave her studies and let her have a happy school life only....
Like my elder son, he is in primary 5 now. I nearly spend all my time on his studies evey day..... just only have some remaining time to take care of my younger daugther who is in nursery only.... in facts, no matter which school your child goes, you will pay the most effort that you are able to on his/her studies... this is the reality!!

另一樣可考慮既係，有朋友話St Clare's 而家唔俾人大抽獎（有無媽媽可證實？），但TL就可以，所以TL到時會flexible d！

可能我囡囡是0803大女, 而且比較斯文乖巧, interview也較淡定, 但是smart就絕對不是了。
根據朋友所說, St.Clare's 與培正一樣, 如果交了留位費便不可參加大抽獎。

Actually I read most of your replies and threads too before I started planning for my daughter's HUNTING for kindergarten in August. Thanks and really appreciate much with your efforts on updating all the information and replying our questions!

Yeah, some private schools restrict you NOT to enter 大抽獎 if you accept offer.  They will ask you to sign a reply slip when register primary 1.   The school will submit the list of registered students to Education Dept.   Education Department will ask you around this time (Dec) if you want to enter lucky draw in Jan or not (I received this letter for my son who registered a private school in the coming year) .  If you opt for YES (大抽獎),  Education Dept will inform the private school.  The private school will delete your offer at their school.   

As far as I know, there are a few private schools doing this, e.g. St. Clare's, St. Stephen College, Raimondi, Pui Ching, Mansang....

我囝囝都係PM offer, 我好唔開心, 真係因為我住將軍澳所以得PM? 我一早估到會係PM, 因為佢上年開始有校巴去將軍澳.. 呢間係IN得最好的一間, IN左3間, 另外2間都係AM OFFER, 依家諗緊坑道上午, 還是大坑下午, 因為我還有一個細仔, 如果下午班的話, 大仔K3, 細仔K1都應該會一齊下午啦, 但到大仔P1全日的話, 細仔仲係下午, 我都唔知點好....

Hi MBK,

Yes my girl got St Clare AM offer too but I will choose TL / KCS if not accepted by SH. (I am thinking of giving up on SH because my girl doesn't speak Cantonese ~_~) I prefer to let my girl has a solid foundation in Chinese before moving her into ENG. I also like the environment and teaching method of TL very much. However, I am concerning how am I helping in her study as I use PTH as my first language.

How about your choice?
