Today I went to the kindergarten and I was told- A space in 啓思小學 is not guaranteed for the kindergarten students. However, those students do have priority. If the student did ok in K3, she/he will be offered a space in the primary school.
I saw a banner on campus about the Primary School's Open Day tomorrow (Nov. 27) at 1:30 to 5:30pm. I will check with the Primary School to confirm then.
Not as easy as the previous years. According to a lot of CPSKG K3 mommies, this year is tougher. The primary school teachers actually came to watch the kids during classtime before they made the decisions. And some are on waitlist, some are rejected. Don't forget: there are more children in CPSKG now than ever before (at least comparing to the past few years). If CPS needs to keep its low teacher to student ratio, some CPSKG students are bound to go elsewhere.
