一般開6班k1嘅學校會有2x個老師,
相信2x人裡面都總有1, 2個惡d嚴d笑容少d!
開20班有6x個老師嘅kv,
有多幾個呢類老師都唔出奇,
係咪應該為1個老師而判斷1間學校大家自己決定!

我唸開辦近45年校譽都咁好嘅幼稚園,
一定有佢成功之處, 但每個人感覺同睇法唔同,
同一間學校, 有人覺得校舍冷冰冰,
絕版銀色slide好老土, 老師太嚴肅,
課程太催谷etc；但又有人覺得校舍好清新舒適,
絕版銀色slide好有特色,
課程函接傳統小學, 老師教學認真嚴緊!
家長最緊要揀1間適合小朋友,
而自己又認同辦學理念嘅學校!

My interview experience of KV is quite good. Both teachers are very nice. The older one is very caring. When my kid did not sit properly, she helped her and afraid she would get fall. Her tone of voice was soft. My kid was very happy with her and answered the questions with smile. So I think there are good teachers in this school!

再講那天不是2nd in....

Agree! My youngest son also had interview on 13/11 at Kentville. English is my son's mother lauguage, he just can listen and speak some simple words in cantonese. My hubby is native speaker. We know Chinese is most difficult in learning. That's why I apply Kentville for my boy.  2 teachers are senior, nice and caring. I wonder they will talk with him in Chinese and English. They gave me very good impression comparing with other 6 kindergartens. That's our first choice ( I applied 7 K1 interview for my son)

None of school will spend much time to arrange 2nd interview for some kids who performed unideal at the 1st time. I just think that's the chance and luck.

Different culture and object in school are for different family, parents and background.
Just depends on "Is it the same mission"!

All kids will appreciate what did you do for them! Please do not deject on these incident.

如果真係咁...
職位高又點...完全無老師的愛心同耐性...有咁的高層..呢間學校的質素都好令人懷疑...

我係舊生媽媽，我唔敢講KV係最好，但係我個仔現在小二，佢小一可以唔多駛我理佢，都可以完成功課同溫好每星期咖默書（英默佢溫完，我讀佢默，中默係背默，所以我完全唔駛理），我覺得係KV咖功勞.

所以到今日，到我個女，我都係諗KV，希望我個女可以有幸入到啦！

何解大家只覺得是老師的錯!?其實今天有得in的小朋友,如所知沒錯,應該是2nd機會,照咁睇學校原本今日係可以不需接待各位的,那麼已經俾足機會而孩子仍然不合作,大家又叫老師情何以堪!?

同意!相信係個別事件..十隻手指都有長短..我就唔會為左"paul"樹而放棄整個森林啦...如果收的話..

咁請你下一次去面試的時侯問下學校的職員"請問我係咩原因先第一次面試呢?" 然後再分享一下應該點答囉!!

根德園是有位朋友介紹我去面試的因他的囡囡升上小一,真是每日自動自覺做功課等等...
所以我都十分欣賞呢間學校真是可以教得好小朋友...

不過我眼見聽見的只是個別B老師的一句說話同態度,相信都唔會令學校無人去讀既....

而其他的老師們都真係好有笑容同好有愛心...

佢坐唔定同埋想攞老師隻杯

結果個老師當然唔比佢(正確)
但就好不經意地'jip'左一聲

不是有多一次IN....都係第一次IN...無咩原因...

So happen the teachers who interviewed us was ok, not super friendly but not too cold.  My daughter was interviewed by the more "senior" teacher who did try her best to make my daughter answer her questions.  When my girl still refused to say her name & her age, the teacher did not look too happy but again still very polite.  The other teacher who interviewed me was nice and kept noding her head while I was talking - very positive attitude.  The last teacher near the exit was nice and friendly to my little girl and when I "complained" that my daughter did not answer her name inside, she asked again and my daughter answered her immediately.
So I think this really is the issue of the individual teacher.  She's obviously not right but I think the biggest problem lies in today's educational scheme.  Why the little children have to compete at the age of 2 to secure a bright future?  My elder daughter is applying for K1 this year and the truth is, a child not coming from a famous kinder really does seems to have less chance with the DSS schools!
