May I know what is the latest date of 搬屋 to catch 2nd drawing? Can it be on early April as the drawing result to be released on June.

Should be before  you submit the 2nd round form (better settled on Dec 2010).

How about I move on 1st April but I submit the rental contract in March to prove I will move!

No use.... must submit documents before a specific date.... last year is the early of Jan......
