Yes, all parents should resist the schools' tricks of asking for extra money that cannot be refunded. They will earn a lot then.
We should say no and told the school other schools just collect those fees near to the near school term. If we call the HK Education Bureau they must be afraid.
Last year for N1, I pay extra $800 for books and misc fee. Then we did not went to that school and up till now I still cannot get the books back - I chase from Sept this year until now.
