Sorry, the form has name printed on it, i wonder if someone can give it to you if the name is not as the same shown in the school 's data.

no questionnaire for me too. I think most importantly is to submit the form within the timeline. So don't worry lah!

I downloaded from Kln Tong site. Must enter name and the name appears on the form. No questionnaire either.

KLN Tong interview date will ask parent to fill in questionnaires as well, hand in at once.

All questions are simple and straight forward. It is not necessary to prepare in advance. Most of parents completed the form and questionnaire at site.

One question is you want to join a local or internation primary school after kg.
