very simple, if i were the parents on waitinglist and just got the offer, i wouldn't get here and praise the school because in the first place, they should have accepted all the kids in their own K3, that's the reason why these kids applied to its K3!! but they didn't and those parents had to worry so much because they didn't apply for other primary etc. They didn't tell the parents in the introduction briefing that K3 kids do not have guaranteed places in their P1.
Also, i saw in other threads that even the child of the teacher there was put in the waitinglist, i think that's too cruel!! 太冇人情味啦!

另一個thread提及職員的囡囡是waiting, 我地唔知她是那一個部門(中學or小學)or是否老師的囡囡.  而且, 今年有k3生有150人, 很少位給收外生的. 還有正讀小學部學生的妹妹, 位可能不夠分.  2012及2013年有更多幼稚園生升小一, 到時更加無位.  無奈!!!

應該話2011有180人畢業, 2012有210人180, 2013反而得150人(今年收150人)

Just curious, will this converts to a higher chance of being admitted to GH primary?

By common sense, seems the percentage of primary should be higher for 150 instead of 210...

hi siden,

I have read your post in another topic, I know you choose between PC and GH.  

Don't worry too much, I think PC and GH are both good school.  I choose GH because of it is a traditional girl catholic school, beautiful campus, balanced in Chinese and English learning.  If we are good in time management, the kid can have very high academic under GH primary curriculum.   

My daughter is very active and talkative, too.  She was in SC K1 before, but she can adapt to GH K2 school life very quickly.

Glad to share my thoughts to you.

I like GH very much as well, very impressed by beautiful campus and religious teaching.

The competition is so high, v doubtful whether can get a place anyway. Your girl is really smart! SC is a good school as well, she can do well in both.
