九龍塘樂基我地親身攞form, 但沙田樂基因為system唔work, 到12:30先開始download到, 所以佢地extend到download時間去4:30pm bor! 而且好似唔駛input child's info 都得, 份form應該universal架

just call to HKPS(shatin) today,the form downloaded from shatin website just sitable for shatin and only kowloon tong need to register the name and birth date,,,,,,i also miss the time for download kowloon tong that one

any one can share one for me plssssssssssssssssssssssss.

I was trying to download the shatin form, but fail (I tried during 9:30-10:30, then go out to interview). I haven't though they will extend the time, I should try .....

Anyone would share the shatin to me. Million thanks.

各位mama好:因為本人6th要in st catherine 關係攪到我唔記得左downloan hkpreschool 既form..因為本人極希望可以入讀hk preschool (駿景園) 本人剛剛為了可以入讀搬左去(不過仲裝緊) 但因為本人大意掛住in st catherine 忘記左..現希望各mama如果有駿景園既form.可否share一份給我..無盡咁激~
