Yes, totally agree!!
A good company will have a fair and accountable system to job applicants... They know how to respect people and have this value involved in their human resource system...
A good school, if respect all their applicants, or if they respect all the kids in their schools, they will consider the value of "respect" for all, not only for those parents of their "admitted" kids, but all people in general.....
If they are speaking about great great educational missions and visions...
Speaking and actions should be consistent!!
