想大家留意下，郵寄係以郵箱/郵局截郵時間為準，無論你上午寄或是下午寄，只要係截郵時間前放入郵箱，都會作13號寄出，打有13號郵印，正常14號學校會收到。

睇見大家咁大壓力，真係令人擔心。大家放鬆d用平常心去接受。

我剛於今日收到綠色申請表了(唔係居屋,哈哈),我係13號下午親自去交表的,我個仔係10月頭細仔.............in 6/11早上9點,大家多多指教

Hi all,

I received the application form today, together with the birth certificate copy I formerly sent to them.
Everyone have it back?

Why they send me back the birth certificate copy?

The white paper said I have to fill in the application form and send to them no later than 8 Oct, together with the birth certificate copy? Why sending the birth certificate copy back and forth?

I think the first time is to confirm the name n DOB of child so that the form could not be transferred. Why they need u to send back the birth cert with app form is to reduce their admin work in matching your app form with the birth cert.
