想問有無家長打算報名？ 請問是否可問學校取form？ 同埋係未可經學校取琴譜呀？

I got the form from the school but I am not really sure how it runs.  Since the kids under age 6 can only join the group session but the school said we have to provide the training to our kids ourselves.  Really no idea how to "group" the kids together.
