Violin Grade 8 Exam - exchange exam date

A friend's kid is taking G8 violin exam this year, but the date clashed with Term Test dates.

Is there anobody interested in swapping the exam date please ?

Date :  29 Oct 201o (Friday)
Time :  2:30 pm
Venue :  Tin Hau, HK side

Must be same grade + same musical instrument.

So very difficult for higher grades to swap exam date / time.

My son scheduled grade 8 violin on 8th oct. in Kowloon and also clashed with school test. I would like to swap the date with you but I need to ask my accompanist whether she is ok or not.

But apart from checking with your accompanist, I think HKEA has a rule that such request should be made 2 weeks before the exam, so that they have enough time to give proper notification to all parties.  So we must get past this hurdle too.

I must also check with my friend to see whether your date is OK (cos it means 3 weeks LESS practice for the exam).

Anyway, let's both check.
