Which one is better in IB teaching?

The school fee of 基督教香港信義會宏信書院 is very
cheap!!

It's hard to compare them in terms of IB teaching.

As far as I know, LA (宏信) is only an IB's interested school and it has a long way to go to become an authorized IB school. Whether LA will become an IB school is still in question because there are a number of schools (even the "elite" schools) having difficulties in implementing IB programmes. Some of them have to either postpone the plan or stay put.

RC was established in 2006 and is offering all three IB programmes.
