If you are talking about the Graded Exam in Spoken English (GESE), there may be no need to study any past paper.  It is just a short conversation with the examiner.  Just talk more in English with your kid at home then it will be ok.  My daughter took the Grade 2 GESE when she was less than 4.5 years old and got a distinction.  She did not take any training course at all.

Sorry for the late reply because I have missed this tread.
You can register for the exam via the Trinity HK Office.  There are several exam dates each year. My daughter took the grade 2 exam in July 2010 and grade 3 exam in Nov 2010.

Any key points to achieve distinction in grade 2 of GESE exam ? thanks in advance.

GESE is an exam on spoken English.  I don't think any book is needed for preparation.  You may take a look at the syllabus to know the requirements and scope of the exam.
My daughter likes to speak English and she speaks a lot of English at school and at home, so she just talked with the examiner naturally and got distinction in both Grade 2 & Grade 3 exam.  So I think the key point is to speak more with the kid.

In case you have any questions, you can contact the centre in Hong Kong.  You can always buy books in bookshops and teach the kid yourself.

I want to take my kid to take Grade 1 Exam.

I did call some 'centres' but they said they will only arrange taking exam for their own students, no outsider.

Don't want to spend money on those 'centres'!

Or you can call the Trinity HK office as mentioned by Goodmum97.

You can always register for the exam directly via the Trinity HK Office.  No need to go through the training course in those training centres if your kid can speak English already.
