KTS--程度高, 派位好. 但語境無TSL好.

These 2 schools are totally different.  I read a book about how to choose school for children before and it stated:

活動教學(like 陳守仁): good for children who is self-motivate and self-discipline.  For example, he can get information from internet, library on his own, and wont go too far.  For example, if there is a topic of "egg", he can think about food, cake, ... something related.  And he will do his homework proactively.

傳統教學(like KTS): good for children who is not self motivated.  This kind of school will provide more guideline for their student.

I've always heard from parents sending their "active kids" to traditional schools so that the kids would learn discipline.  On the contrary, kids with less self-motivation are sent by their parents to 活動教學 to learn to be more proactive.
