hum... rumor only... but I heard my son has two classmates got an offer from DGS... Maryknoll is by lucky draw or counting marks, so, I don't think there is any relation wow... Others don't know lou

Hello, sfplam,

Is your son used to studying in the Int'l Class (Eng/PTH)? May I know if testing the ability of PTH speaking is a must during the interview?

這是我的一個親戚說的, 因為她的女兒入了國際(英普班), 所以我想問下是不是真的?

Hi janettang,

Yes, he just graduated and will proceed to P1 in 2010. For the interview, yes, will be interviewed by two teachers. For the first one, can choose either English/Cantonese and must be interviewed by another PTH teacher.

I am not sure, if my memory was right, St Cat. mentioned there is no difference...

competition for st cat is v high, safer to choose a language ur kid most comfortable in.

Hum... I remember the teacher present some pictures, speak the word and ask the kid to follow. So, no need to worry whether your kid know PTH or not ...

sfplam, 謝謝你再三的解答我的問題, 其實我囡囡都只係識講下早晨, 老師你好, 眼耳口鼻手這些簡單的普通話單字(在PN學的), 因為我沒有另外敎她, 所以考英普班K1的信心不大, 但又想她上小一前可以學好D普通話, 所以想多問點意見, 謝謝你!
