一個令人失望的校車司機

今天, 阿女第一天拾校車.  原定校車要8時25分到, 我個女由8時10分等, 等到8時40分都無到.  工人就聯絡我, 我就聯絡學校睇吓發生什麼事?

學校幫我call校車, 校車話巳經接夠人, 所以巳經開走了.  我十分驚訝, 急忙再call工人, 工人又話校車未到, 亦在等待.

我再call學校, 學校又幫我call校車, 才正確知道他們沒有接我小朋友巳經開走了...

那我再問工人為什麼唔上校車, 工人話有好多校車, 但沒有一架是掛上學校名牌, 而且又沒有小朋友穿同樣校服, 都唔知原來校車在8時28分巳經到了, 而且又走了.

後來我再問學校同校車司機, 才知道他們在車上掛了另一學校的名子, 而且沒有等學生, 又唔點人數, 再加上校車巳經開遲了數分鐘 (8時30分才到), 所以急急開走了.

而我個女穿上校服, 他們都有留意到, 但他們以為唔係他們的學生, 所以都無問我個女在旁的工人 (同爸爸).

我同司機理論, 要求他們送完其他小朋友到學校後, 再到我們那裹走一躺, 再次接阿女 (只是同區, 8分鐘車程), 但是他們拒絕, 而且, 那個司機只當成這次係唔會, 他們沒有錯, 言語間, 只是推東彎西, 把責任推向家長, 叫我自己送阿女返學等.  

我今個月份巳付足整月車資 (雖然只是今天, 即月中才有校車), 只是再走一躺都拒絕... 加上, 他們的回應, 我覺得他們的行為實在令人憤怒, 而且沒有心去照顧小朋友.

車牌是 xx 2x68, 大家要小心這個不負責任的司機.

oh.. too bad.   maybe u have to discuss this matters with the school further as your daughter still needs to take the school bus thereafter.

I have formally written a complain letter to the Principal to consider the suspension of this school bus provider.

WOR, 真係好過份 wor.. 司機叫乜.. 真無理由

要叫學校交待下.. 由學校同佢講, 否則, 司機好似唔 care 家長.. 因為係學校請佢 ga ma

我有分別同主任和校長申訴.

主任認為校車司機有問題, 並會在開會時根進, 她的回應同態度舒緩了我的不安.

但後來校長就比較愛理不理, 比我感覺好似係小事一宗, 言語間, 好似家長太過敏, 太過生氣, 叫我把事情交給他們處理就好了, 不用擔心(多事), 至於怎樣處理, 就好神秘, 沒有正面交代...

其實, 校長同校車承辦人是否友好呢?

我覺得學校都有d問題。我兒都試過學校攪錯咗放學無讓他上校車﹐結果是老師自己親自帶他乘的士回家。我覺得以你既情況﹐學校應安排一下。

那天早上, 我個女好開心等車上學, 等了差不多45分鐘, 好熱, 出晒汗... 最終無得返學都不知幾失望!

其實, 再早一天晚上, 我巳經同佢講學校好好玩, 明天有校巴等, 叫去開心上學去, 誰不知...

現在, 就算投訴都巳經無用.  希望, 校車司機又好, 校長又好, 他們真的可以比D愛心, 以小朋友的安全, 學習為前提, 不要只當一份工作/生意, 這件事明明係他們出錯, 我只是要求校車再走一躺 (同區, 8分鐘的路程)都不願意, 只把責任推卸, 態度又唔好...

唉...

poor girl ~ i think your daughter must be very disappointed that she has no school to go that day nei.   this is never can be redone

from my experience, it would be better to get the direct contact number of the driver.  If 校車原定8時25分到, and still didn't see it arrive at 8:27分, I will call the driver directly.

My son missed the school bus once last year, too as we left home late.  The diver didn't give us a call but drove away when he didn't see us waiting.  So, i called him and he returned to our stop , or alternatively, he also can instruct us to the next nearest stop ...

It is more reliable to look for the school bus liscense number than to look for other features of the school bus...

Since then, we keep on monitoring the school bus service.  They have changed the school bus for one time in this week.  Therefore, we cannot rely on the car plate number.  

At the pick-up point, we aware other school buses.  For me, I pretty like some other school buses with the name pre-printed onto the bus body and will wait for their own students.

change of school bus?  so, that means even the driver is different?  better talk with the school to be consistent.

my 3-year has been taking the same school bus with the same bus driver + EE since pre-nursery.  The school bus itself is very clear and the bus driver + EE are so far is very responsible.  I usually communicate with the bus driver directly first and then inform the school with any changes

我想... 我會幫我個女找過一間新學校吧... 因為, 又有一件奇事發生了...

有一天, 工人同我講, 我女女的衣服換了另一套, 只穿鞋, 沒有穿襪.  她原本的衣服同襪襪都在書包, 全濕... 我們都好好奇, 究竟發生什麼事呢?  係唔係學校有水玩, 又或者在吃東西時弄髒?

那時我在公司, 沒有call學校, 同時亦都想, 學校是否要call我交代一下呢?  結果, 過了一天多, 都沒有聯絡我... 那麼, 那件換來的衣服怎麼辦?

最後, 我主動call學校, 原來小朋友在學校不自覺地小便, 弄濕了, 所以, 學校給她另一套校服...

其實, 事件並不是什麼大件事, 只是, 作為新手家長, 只希望學校可以多一點根家長溝通... 因為, 我知道有一些學校會差不多日日都call吓家長, 根進小朋友的事宜, 只是, 覺得這一間學校有點慢吞吞, 冷冰冰.

女女 is in pre-nursery or K1 ar?

sound like the school / teachers don't handle these kind of things very well.

yes, you are right, during the first week, especially for new students, the teachers call the parents daily gar.   

And last week, my girl also wet her dress because of drinking water.. and the teacher changed another one for her.   Even the EE at the school bus told my mother-in-law what'd happened.

其實在學校賴尿好小事，用不著每事天天向家長匯報，反而趺傷發燒等就要說，我覺得你個maid有問題，點解唔主動問學校？

我個女係Nursery, 我都覺得賴尿係好小事, 只是, 學校同家長可多點溝通就好了...
