In order to make Logos become more competitive I suggest Logos to:
1. Recruit more Native English-speaking Teachers
2. Use Putonghua to teach Chinese Language starting from Foundation Stage year 1 (FS1 or P1).
3. Introduce more co-curricula activities.
4. More outings.

如果大家有讀過"校長的話"這封信,都知道真道不大會選擇9月開課仍末夠6歲的小朋友(其實大部份學校都是這樣想).
我的女兒是12月份出生的,4月份報名後我致電去查詢,他們竟然找不到我的報名表,過了幾天才告訴我已找到,原因是把它抽起了.我問為何會給抽起,她支吾以對,最後說是抽起給校長看.當然小女暫時未被真道取錄.

聽說有些過來人的經驗是初時間間學校都不收,但臨尾竟然有很多學校都肯收.我想:音樂椅的遊戲還未開始,耐心的等待吧.

I would like to add some more points to make Logos become more competitive:
1. more transparency (on every aspect of the school!)
2. wider representation in the school administration broad
3. introduce extra-curricular activities
4. more delegation of power from principal to other staff members
