yes, HG campus. 30 June 5:50-6:30 and 7:00-8:00 two sections. book in advance from school.

my friend's son who got accepted for HMT already got a talk last week. For HH, I still haven't received any news.

there was a A5 paper that have the info, together with the registration stuff. Call the school to book. I booked at the day I registration, maybe its full now. Try to call school tomorrow.

Oh i did not receive the A5 paper with the registration stuff. I just received 2 pages of A4 papers setting out the procedures for registration and the reply slip. I even did not have the health record slip. Did you? I asked the lady when registration, she just asked me to present the Immunisation record and did not ask me to fill in any health record slip.

i called HG campus this morning.  The lady told me that for those who took interview on 8/5, they will mail the stuff for second registration next week.  And there will be invitation for parent talk together with it.  So don't worry for the time being.

Does anyone know what we should do with the Medical and Immunization Record (Part I)?  It says on the page that it has to be completed by the child's physician... this means that I'll have to pay a visit to see the doctor???
Does anyone know if parents can complete it ourselves?

yes. you should pay the doctor to complete the form, cannot fill in by yourselves. Every Kindergarten need to complete the form that is for health department's record.
if fortunately your child is sick at this period and need to see a doctor, then most of the doctor would fill in the form to you with no charge.

Yes...the form needed to be filled in by doctor.

BTW, for the order of school uniform, my daughter will only attend every Tue/Thurs. Do you think need to order two sets for the sports wear? How frequent the child will wear sports wear? For the school dress, I think I will order 2 sets (as I think normally she will wear school dress??)

I have the same question b4, the stuff said normally they will have sport day on Thursday and Tuesday is normal school day.  Therefore i also purchase the normal dress + sport set for my daugther.

I ordered 1 set for each of them. I think that's enough for this stage because only 2 days a week. The school said we can order later if needed.

I also called the school and the staff also recommend purchasing one set for each.  They are kind to offer advice.

Winter: 1 dress + shirt, 1 PE uniform, 1 wool jacket (冷衫) (grey) + 1 fleece jacket (風褸+校褸) (red)
