農圃道新校位址?

有無家長知道農圃道新校位址?

剛剛有家長報料，9月P1學生會去農圃道新校上課。我一路都以為P4學生會過去，所以無問清楚。而家知道仔仔要去新校番學，好想預先了解多D。例如上google street map 看吓實境啦。

我查到啦!!原來係 保良局小學，佢地今年只係有2班小六，9月會轉比LMC。

保良局小學環境唔錯架, 正正在協恩隔離咋 )))
真定假姐 )))) 我在六月admission talk 有家長同我講過, 小一好大機會去農圃道校舍, 因我之前聽文校長講, 要收生情況滿意, 再加上過去的會是高年班生囉.

若你仲未知邊度係協恩, 呢... 即考路試考天光道果度呀. 考泊位同取成績單果度呀.

我忍唔住打左去問呀.

果一位老師話, 冇錯, lmc 將會接收農圃道保良局小學, 不過由於要再執一執, 所以今年p1 都仍然在上鄉道返學, 要搬的話, 出年先會p1-p3 搬過去.  p4-p6 就就上鄉道.
老師仍好老實, 佢話外shell 農圃道果邊係會靚d, 但設施反而不及上鄉道, 所以一定要再執返農圃道.

聽佢意思, 係咁喇.
因為其實農圃道同上鄉道都唔能夠同時容納六級, 每級四班, 所以要分兩個校舍.

可唔可以clarify一下?

係唔係我地D仔女今年9月P1仍然在上鄉道返學，而當P2-P3在農圃道保良局小學返學，到P4-P6番上鄉道返學..???

如果係...走來走去..好煩啊!!!

but it is a bit strange for students to go to different campus.. the teachers as well! It means the teachers for lower grades would not teach the higher grades??

As the school is expanding, new teachers will be recruited. I am not sure how many the teachers currently working in the school are eligible to teach higher grades. But I am sure if they can't, new teachers will be recruited for the higher grades

One obvious difference, some might think it is the main disadvantage, is the smaller campus of LMC compared with other DSS. As the school is expanding, but the space or classroom is limited, getting another campus is a "must" until they can get and build a new big campus in the near future.

For my concern, the quality of the education is more important than the size of the campus. When our kids grow up, others will just look how educated they are, but not how big the campus they once had..

4級一齊夠唔夠班房

I am just worried if they have to find another new campus again later.

佢地除了其他特別房外，例如音樂房、圖書館..,有12個班房，所以如果開4班P1，就剛剛夠用。現時(2009-1010)有3班P1、3班P2、2班P3，加埋今年9月的4班P1，總合會係12班。

I understand your worries. To be honest, I don't think they will have a new campus within few years.

If you are lucky to get a sponsor or support to build a new one somewhere nearby, or knock down the one they are now. We will be talking at least 3 years to plan and bulid and move....

Anyway, I still think this is a good school. I hope my daughter would be lucky enough.

yes, she will go to primary school in the school year of 2011-12. I will keep my eyes opened for the application as I Don't want to miss it.

Thanks, I hope so, Whitepine! I guess somehow it dpends on luck really.
What did you prepare for the application last year? big portfolio and so on?
