Hi,Maqurita ,how old is your baby? they said all 1008 babies are all on waiting list only. 2/7 should be the interview for small babies. I really don't understand if they don't accept small babies, why they need interview them.

my son is 0807, just in the mid of the year, so don know whether he is big or small.i applied york only 2 weeks before the interview,how about u? u already applied?

Hi,

A son of my friend is May08 bb, he was conducted the interview on 2/7, so that mean 2/7 interview not just for small bb

...

Finally, her son have been received an offer by York for PM Class.

This means they really accept those children that are 0908 or before.
Yes, she attended the interview on 2/7, but on the waiting list. So upsat....I asked why my baby cannot,they said they never receive any small bb that are 1008.

Actually not surprised that they don't accept Oct - Dec 08 BB. York is known as commercial and that's why I think they would not dare to wait for the small B as they will receive less school fees from them. They interview the small B just in case if they still have vacancies. I think most schools are having the same tactics and so I am getting used to this (i was really sad several months ago when LH said they would not interview small B). Luckily my BB has a place in a kindergarten, although not famous, but it is willing to accept small B and not just putting in on the waiting list. Good luck to all the other small B mom and hopefully we can end up having a place in York, if we still want to get in by then.

A friend of mine (meet in the playgroup school) told me that her son was accepted. Her son was born in Oct 2008. I am not sure why he is accepted. Perpahs the parents are both professionals. I will choose York, too as the parent group seems well educated.
