When will the result be disclosed? Any good news? Please share your view on this school.

Results will come out, apparently, in these couple of days.

Imagine - 50 odd places; 30 odd reserved for kids whose parents are old boys/old girls or kids with siblings; the remaining 10 odd are for open competition.

I am also anxious about the result because this is the dream school for my son.  These few days are not easy to pass as I have to watch out my letter box daily and anxiously hoping for receiving good news.  Anyway, wait.......

Does anyone know if the School has any internal "practice" or "quota" on the proportion of boys being admitted as I am aware during the second interview that the number of girls being shortlisted at my interview session is much greater than boys approx. 7 out of 10 are girls?

Not too sure on Kennedy Road but the % in McDonnell Road is exactly half-half, 14 boys and 14 girls in a class. However, this is only the final outcome of the selection and you never know the proportion of the associated group which may also affect the proportion of the general group.

56 will finally be admitted out of 100 shortlisted names, however, 39 out of 56 are classified as "must" accept student, hence, only 17 seats left for the rest.

I know the chance is slim, mathematically outsiders only have 1/4 chance.
