Totally agree.  It must be very difficult to be teachers of school with such principal.

Totally agree with you that she knows how to promote her school.  But I think if the school is so good, no need to promote.  I prefer the low
profile but good, school

一直追求英文小學，現對非英文小學的英華也相當有興趣,決定明年報小一。

maybe she's a perfectionist. and agree that it's difficult to work with her.

i however disagree that only those teachers who are not 'good' enough are being screened out and this is good for children. i just think that
there's just not enough room for teachers to 'thrive'. teachers should be 'let go' sometimes.

YW only uses English as teaching medium in English class. Yet student is expected to write in P.1. And composes min 70 words in homework in 2nd term of P.2.  

YW English is quite challenging, in comparing to any rival.

差的老師可能會走,但好的老師都唔一定會留低.除左要做正規學校工作,亦要配合校長高調作風.
係名校,又如何?一個好的小朋友,除左好老師外,亦要有好父母和好的家庭教育,唔好把好學生定義全放在學校或老師身上,你估家長影响小朋友大或是老師影响小朋友大呢?
一早已聽說此校長想打造自己學交成男拔,但記:東施效颦.

其實我都好想知佢係學校係咪真係言行一致. 佢每次訪問或者講ｔａｌｋ 都好有感染力. 如果佢講同做既係一致, 作為佢既學生, 尢其係非傳統聽教聽話果種, 可能會好幸福, 因為佢既包容性好似好強.

我問亞女佢學校既校長係咪咁, 佢話唔係, 佢對校長只有早晨一句, 絕唔會咁close, 亦唔會好似烏"英"見蜜糖咁追住個校長.

所以我都好想問下英華既同學仔, 依位校長係學校係咪都係咁 !

Snoopy principal is really popular in school. She has super memory and could recall any boy's name in school.  I don't think it is common and It really makes you feel importance and in a family.  

For sense of belonging, I had once asked my boy to change to another international school together with his playmates. I tempt him with less homework and more pastime.

My son declined my offer. He is just P.2.

我朋友個仔讀緊四年班, 佢話好少有機會見到校長, 但係好奇怪校長每次都講到成日會見d學生咁.

是否只是校長單方面講及只因要上電視才會如此? 但節目裡跟學生午餐, 跟學生在台上玩, 在學校跟學生無分彼此地傾談又的確令人眼前一亮.

其實, 校長唔宣傳都多人報架啦....

不過, 如果dbs收, yw又收, d人通常會選dbs, 佢點宣傳都係冇用, d人都係選 dbs囉....

所以真係唔需要宣傳....
