Yes. You can fill it either in Chinese or English.
To me, as long as the teacher is specialized in teaching P.E./art or music, it is not really a matter what the language is used in the class. Even you ask a native English teacher to teacher art which is not his/her expertise, it is still meaningless. For P.E., the safety is most important and kids should understand clearly the instruction to avoid any possible accident.
As the main academic subjects must be taught in English/Mandrain, the school still provides a comphensive and good language enviornment.  : |
