i received the letter that ask us to register on 18 March together with boy.....does it mean "accept"?

if your kids are boy, will you consider this KG (as only 2-3 boys in a class) or in Lingnan???

想問一下, 收到信的家長有interview, 是否全部都是家中長女/ 長子。

因為係個張form 個度, 都列明晒好似小一的升讀條件。我個女樣樣都無份, 又唔係家中長女, 又唔係同一宗教....
都唔知有無得interview。
唯一只係同一校網。

因為長女係小一派位係多d 分架麻。

我個女又唔係長女, 又唔係同一宗教, 父母又唔係畢業生。

所以我都驚無得interview!!!

I am afraid not.

SSGC primary is a subsided school. It has to follow EDB's rule to accept P.1 kids [i.e. 50% by marks of the kids (i.e. whether parents r alumni, religion (pls note they only recognize SKH).........) and 50% by central allocation according to home address of the kid (Central-western)].

Whereas SSGC primary and SSGC have announced to form through-train in 2013. Thus, kids born in 2007, if lucky joining the primary session in 2013 can all go to the secondary session. (http://hk.news.yahoo.com/article/080107/4/6njm.html)

Please kindly note that unless the primary school is private or direct-subsided, it does not have the right to choose its students. thus cannot pick the kids from its related kinder. The same situation happens to Heep Yan, St. Rose..........

我阿女係獨女, 住中西區, 冇宗教信仰 ....

如果計小一入學分數的話只得15分, 就算真係咁好彩考到K1都未必可上到小一 ...
