My son has never apply for York.  However, I cannot see that York is particularly commercial.  All kindergarten is a business after all.  All people running for the kindergarten would like to maintain a good business.  So, I do not think commercial is a fair comment.  

Some parent may like to have a one stop shop for kindergarten plus extra activities.  So, just go and see if it fits you la.

答案只有一個,  因為佢真係好commercial. 其他講多都哂氣.

york唔會逼你買相, 唔會逼你參加活動, 但咁多個項目都涉及錢, 引誘好大, 家長要好忍得手, 就算小朋友嘈住要參加你都要忍手.  

我bb在學校 (私校) 的相片和影片, 係放了上網任家長"免費"下載的.  我寧願一筆過俾學費和雜費, 總好過巧合名目分多次交.

first of all, i don't think york is such ' expensive', compare to other kg in kowloon tong or other place, most of the private kg also around $3xxx in school fee.$300/person to go for a lunch performance in a 3rd hotel is also reasonable, i think nowadays, spend $200+ in a Hotel for a lunch is not expensive....i know everyone hope their childern can have a good primary allocation, in my opinion, i choose York for my son, u also have your right to choose your favoutite,but i hope, pls don't said ' if u want to pay a expensive school fee and get a bad primary allocation- choose York la'.This is not fair for some children who can get a good primary school and good academic .This is very '難聽'.i don't want to argue with anyone because different people have different choice,anyway, all of the mami also do the best for their children.I send my boy to study in York is not = I hope my boy to get a bad primary allocation.

我睇到你所寫的, 可能你用意是想同其它mama分享, 你對york既睇法, 但表達出來的, 就有d攻擊成份啦 !! 每個人對每間學校都有不同睇法和想法, 你講的不一定岩, 但不一定錯. 你自己不考慮比你小朋友讀, 但有其它mama會讀的, 所以應諗下其它mama人感受.相反人地咁講你想入讀個間學校, 你又如何呢 !!

我好耐無留言的原因, 就係因睇咗好多mama對不同學校既留言(有好, 有唔好), 攪到個人都好亂,唔知邊間好, 留言既人有時好不負責任, 講既內容只係聽人講, 又唔知係真定假, 就留言, 所以我少無睇2個月啦, 之前有個mama留言, 我覺得好岩既 : 如果你個小朋友係叻既, 讀邊到都係叻. 無話邊間一定會入到好小學既, 自己覺得岩自己小朋友讀咪得囉.  唔一定要其它人認同/接受自己既睇法.

祝大家來年開開心心啦

"B哥哥"個囡囡讀超級名幼稚園, 咩一樣入唔到女拔, 咁係咪又可以話個間幼稚園唔好呀 ! 我囡囡向York 由K1下學期讀到家吓K3, 我覺York OK喎 ! 佢K1上學期讀個間幼稚園咪仲"現實", 我當然係覺得間學校唔"適合"我小朋友先幫佢轉校啦, 但唔代表其他小朋友唔"適合"喎.

如果家長們覺得York真係咁商業化, 咪唔好讀囉, 你哋可以去讀個D你哋覺得好啲幼稚園囉, 又無人迫你讀.

唔鍾意 york 既人咪唔好睇、唔好入黎囉！點解要踩人呢？睇野亦都唔應該咁主觀, 我相信每件事都有好與唔好既一面, 如果覺得好貴、經濟能力負擔唔到既, 咪唔好讀囉！

YORK 係私校, 當然要牟利, 唔牟利點樣生存？我個囡而家係一間屋苑學校讀N班, 都唔係什麼名校, 但係都係樣樣都要錢, 生日會既相都要3蚊一張啦！老公話果 D 係行政費喎！

Chincco 個bb係york到讀，其實呢類家長意見就最值得信任。亦多謝Carman1112 你可以講其他幼稚園既實況，等我地可以做個比較。

我地呢d諗住俾小朋友讀york既家長，聽到york既負面新聞當然緊張啦，但forum入面有d都提醒左我。例如」樣樣都要錢，父母就要忍下手」等等既提醒真係十分有用﹗

同埋大家唔好argue啦，其實我諗睇得呢個topic既都係想bb入york既父母。如果有父母bb讀緊york而有意見想share既就歡迎post出黎，但d「聽人講」既說話就唔會講咁多喇，費時係到做謠生事。

我覺得呢間學校係咪commerical, 老師質素同課程係咪好, 用家自有分曉....
但閣下既留言, 不但不會影響york既聲譽, 其實影響最大的是閣下的人格修養, 是問父母常常無理的批評別人, 又點會教養出一位有良好品格的孩子呢...
小朋友就否就讀名校不是最重要, 最重要的是要有正面的品格...
所以希望閣下以後再留言的話, 要尊重別人, 顧及別人既感受....
大家都是當媽媽的, bk這個平台是讓我們相互分享...但懇請不要有挑釁和過火的言行, 傷害大家的友誼
