Yes, I got a letter too. My boy is Dec 08 baby. They said it's full and put on on waiting list for interview. So cham.

One of the reason why I apply LH (at LV campus) was that my niece (Nov 07) got a place last year. My sister in Law advice me to try LH, since they will accept small B also straight up to K1, so I try la. When I receive the letter yesterday I was a bit upset, as I dont understand why you would not give my boy a chance to even interview ???? Anyway, it is unfair to small B la ! Sad!

所以話D幼稚園真係好現實,辦教育的(如真係有心的)應該一視同仁,有教無類,細B都應該有同等機會,我都替D細B唔底!但在HK,大部分幼稚園都係咁不公平!

我個仔有時星期六日去街, 都可以上午唔瞓, 捱到下午嘅, 只係我擔心佢到時心情唔好lor!!  如果真係11am開始in, 我相信佢都頂得住嘅, 唔好要佢等到瞓著就得喇, 哈哈!

應該唔會嘅,等候其間一定有嘢比小朋友玩嘅,唔會悶親佢地啦!我地嗰日都未夠鍾就去到本來想等夠鍾先入去,點知啊仔見到入面有滑梯,死都要拖我入去玩,仲玩到老師叫名排隊佢都唔肯走,我拖佢走佢就想反抗,最後比粒m&m's佢,即刻乖乖跟我行,真現實呢!:;pppp:

我冇睇過時間呀,不過我同仔仔早咗少少入去,玩咗一陣都到我地喇!到完成所有interview,daddy就話唔夠一個鍾(daddy喺門口等)

如果係8月開學未足兩歲, 學校係唔收得.  但可以係足歲時再打電話去睇睇有無位.

感覺幾準時, 成個過程大約45分鐘左右, 放心啦, 有足夠時間去評估每一個學生(同家長).

Absolutely agreed. In Jan, they still tell parents that small b gets interview in May, and now telling u that u don't have chance.

I don't understand... may be a small b can have good performance. How come they don't get those bb a chance after application. They should simply reject small b application.

我個細 b 都收到呢封信, 話暫時唔會安排 interview , 或者到九月中再問下你有冇興趣申請 K1, 好失望, 當我個仔係賣剩蔗咁, 人地唔讀先俾你讀咁.....

係唔係因為未足歲呀? 幼兒班8月開學要足兩歲, 但k1開學足2兩8個月就得.  呢d係教署規定. 你可以試吓k1.  好多細b都收架.

我都明教育局既規定, 所以佢而家當所有細 b 都係插班, 唔會收少一兩個月學費黎等你, 即係大 b 可以選好既學校, 細 b 一出世已註定永遠要等人唔要先有囉....

都冇辦法....只有嘆句生不逢時囉....

I also remembered they told me the same that the small b will have an interview later...but now they send us the letter saying that there will be no interview unless there is a vacancy....really upset on this

Some kindergarden like Think does have reserved some quota for small b....but LH seems not one of them

我剛剛拿到application form for 2011入學的，職員叫我現在可以入form,本來都唔緊要,但係要交相,我只可以交到現在好bb的相,咁我要唔要咁早申請?

另外想問申請表要好認真填嗎?佢只有三行位要我答why choose LH?what expectation? how to help bb? To me,我都好有vision同objectives,but得三行位想我寫mug?

Dont need to take very serious on filling in the "objective" part .... I dont think they will reject your application if you write something very general. I just wrote "good reputation" .. etc ..

Yes, they can just simply says "Application for 31 Aug 2008 or older only", like HKPS. Then I will not apply.

I think there maybe too many applications this yr (which they didnt expect), as I said my niece who was born in Nov 2007 go into LH as well last yr.
