local primary to international secondary

Can anyone suggest what international secondary schools can be applied after studying in a local primary?

One of my relatives found local school not suitable for her kid and wants to put her kid in an inter secondary school, would it be difficult to adapt to such new environment.

your relatives can apply any IS, including ESF. But the process will be hard, both for admission and for the kid to adapt the new environment. (but mauy be easier than switching from IS back to local school) And the kid's English must be very good in order to fillfil their requirement

I know it's not easy to get into ESF and my relative is just average in English, will there be another choice?

Somehow my relative mentioned about Delia and asked my opinion, do you know about it, and any other choices beyond this?
