Do you have other offers in hand? I'm sure some parents will release their offer in the coming few months coz many of them apply for a number of kindergartens. Be positive and don't give up.

We received the letter and the self-addressed envelops...so I suppose my girl was rejected.

If the applicant is put on waiting list, I think GH won't send back the self-addressed envelop, right?

Could anyone advise if their letters state that their girls have been "put on the waiting list"?

my girl is rejected too, I'm disappointed that she is not even on waiting list...

聽聞k2好似無人唔交留位費呀~~~
我囡囡出年都係轉去GH K2, 想轉上午班....
我打過去學校...佢地話都無人唔交留位費....所以都無位轉比我....唉~~~
不過你叫你朋友再打去問下啦....因為聽電話D老師真係好好人....好有禮貌~

唔知大家有無聽過K2有無人放棄呢？有朋友想報呀。 ...

Hi share123,

Thanks ! Fortunately, I  still got another offer and paid the registration fee.  However, Goodhope is still my favourite school and I will try my best to do something extra and see if any miracle of result?.

只要堅持,一定會有機會架.有人係港島名幼稚園,從waiting list變左下午班,又由下午班變埋上午班添,都係因為follow-up做得好乍

我囡囡學左都係幾堂JAR...所以如果你2個囡囡上完個聖COURSE...應該都係同我個女差不多(因為我12月請左2堂假)...我之前都報過MEGAICE...覺得太多人...同埋D SERVICE好唔掂~~
ELEMENTS D姐姐超好人...囡囡又好幸運...遇到好好嘅老師~~~而且個場唔多青少年來溜冰....所以我囡囡上完堂都自己o係入面玩....比我感覺安全d....大部份都係小朋友/家長...
我囡囡3歲多d jar...點會溜得好勁~~
不過我想join d女仔一齊溜....男仔比較naughty....所以見你問人...我咪問下你囉~~
因為囡囡o係elements自己慢慢行冰...d4-5歲男仔會推跌佢ga...始終溜冰都有少少危險....所以我之前報名o個班都係全部女同學~ 我有過份緊張囡囡症~~唔好見怪~~
500/4堂o個班超抵...真係值得一試...我上個week一出都幫我兒甥女報左名3:00-3:30....佢4歲半....你諗住報咩時間呀??
我朋友都想報gh....真係無哂位喇~~唉~~~你2個囡囡好叻呀...一齊收哂上午班~希望出年我轉到上午班...一齊做同學啦~~

明年的事都未定，後年就更不知道喇。不過，我覺得佢地會好小心甘定，因為，這種規定不可能年年改。

Today, I called GH kindergarten to clarify with them regarding admission to P1 after graduated from their Kindergarten.   They replied that it is not a guarantee for Kindergarten graduate to be promoted to P1, but they will give prioirty to them.   For students transfer to their K3 in 2010-11, they need to go through an interview before applicants from other kindergartens.   For students who are going to study K1 or K2 in 2010-11, they have not decided yet what need to be gone through in order to be admitted to P1.    They mentioned that when they consider admission to P1,  they will take into account whether the student can catch up studies in GH Kindergarten,  as their P1 syllabus is rather hard.

不用那麼快放棄, 雖然所有人都交了留位費, 但一定會有人有更想入的target, 當那些學校都放了榜, 最後都會放棄在gh的學位呢~

所以如果真的想入gh, 可以在4月開始又找一下學校呢~
