德雅中學係女校, 你個仔一定唔可以升番中學, 除非中學改制, 咁佢同陳守仁一樣, 要自己揾中學, 我個仔而家喺喇沙書院讀中一, 我嗰陣時揾小學都有諗過德雅, 不過聽人講讀讀吓啲男仔會越來越少, 因為知道中學學係女校, 有好嘅學校收都會走, 與其係咁, 不如唔揀佢, 不過我唔知而家仲係咪咁嘅情況。

另外我知喇沙書院通常收咗約7-8,9個陳守仁嘅學生, 以收外來生嘅比率嚟講, 已經好好, 因為喇沙書院每年約收80個外來學生。另外聽人講有好多中學都鍾意收陳守仁嘅學生, 因為佢哋英文好啲, 而亞仔話冇聽過有同學係德雅小學升上嚟, 而就有兩個同班同學係陳守仁升上嚟。(補充:有可能有, 不過只係佢唔識同冇聽過。)

個人你愚見:如果係我, 我會揀陳守仁。當然囡囡另計。

其實德雅程度應該也不差, 本人姪女今年就讀St. Mary中一, 她說上學期全班考第一的是從德雅小學畢業的; 不過可能這並不代表德雅的整體Level.

拜託﹗這樣也要考慮﹖ 如果是TSL VS GH/YW/SMC 要考慮也不奇怪。如果TSL的LEVEL和德雅差不多或甚至比不上的話﹐很多家長根本不會送子女去那邊讀書﹗

當申請人的50%將TSL作首遺,都有1600個與你一樣,比一些DSS申請的總人數還多
即頭係很多人的dream school啦

seems a lot more people on the tsl open day this year than before.... fortunately the school has well organized as the previous years. and i was really impressed by the pupil prefects who guided and handled the school tour alone with a group of parents and introduced the school floor by floor, answering the questions in prefect english and chinese. :loveliness:

one is english co-ed more creative and active school, the other one is chinese boy with more traditional education and academic result oriented school.
both are good schools.

囝囝唔好讀女校啦. 我囝囝在女校讀, 雖然佢好鐘意學校, 但唔開心自己在女校讀. 不過, 佢係幼稚園. 所以, 小學都唔會畀佢做女校男生 (即唔會考慮真光, 德雅等).

i would say tsl likes more active and creative child. children who are able to express their ideas, willing to talk and show their curiosity and motivation to learn.
as tsl doesn't accept any portfolio or certification from application, shows that they are not looking for the most smart or brilliant super kids, but more on the potential of ability that they will find out during interviews.
tsl is an english primary school with 3 more languages pupils could learn in the future, so manage to understand and talk in english is a good point for the interview (i think even the kid's english is not correct, however able to show the interviewer that he is willing to express himself and not afraid making mistakes is even better. it's important for learning a language afterward).
sum up all these, i will say a shy and quiet kid might loss little advantage during the group interview.
above is just my own personal opinion, it may or may not right and i have no prove to justify neither.
