Capital Levy of ESF school

I just got an email from ESF office, it said that all of the esf schools students should need to pay the one-off refundable capital levy $25000 who enters in year 1 or 7 from 2011.

How do you think about this esf's new condition?

When do they refund the capital levy? When the child leaves the school?

It will be fully refunded when the child finishes school.

"The levy will be repaid at the end of the student’s final academic year, net of any outstanding fees."

"Final academic year", not sure is that mean the levy will be repaid only at year 6 & year 13?!

Yes, you need to pay the levy when your kid reaches year 7.

I think it is quite normal.  At least it is refundable.

2011 年開始實行
當時入 Year 1 要比
升 Year 7 就新生舊生都要比
插班生都要即比
理論上 6 年後全部學生要會比晒
舊生唔駛比住
就算 2011 升中都有 2 年籌錢

未考 ESF 的, 唔該諗清楚, 要多$25K 做 BUDGET
反正 ESF 從來都冇話係 "平價" 的教育

我覺得某某在電視講野真係...
話清貧學生有經濟困難...
下? ESF 真係有 "清貧" 家庭 ?
出面到已經好多人唔順 ESF
唔好再比 D 人有機會入位鬧
真係講多錯多

with those locoal schools tuning into DSS and charging 5000, 6000, 7000 per month yet still got lots of applicants, esf's school fee is not that much,
