請問有沒有english/chinese stream的parents? declaration form中有一欄 " study chinese language as a core from P.1-P. 6. " but the core language should be english, is it?

Don't worry.  All students have the same english curriculum for all six years and you don't need to make any selection or declaration for english language.  
On the other hand, Chinese students will take chinese as another core language for P1-P6 while French will take French and the school doesn't seem to allow switching after registration.

我今日去註冊時問過d staff, 佢地講過分別係chinese d 小朋友 中文時會用普通話, 而其他國籍既小朋友會用法文or其他語言, 其他 subject 一定用晒英文, 所以吾駛担心.
