I am nervous too. But without high hope as the interviewing process was so short which I really don't know their criteria in picking students. Good luck :)

My girl is applying for the school as well. Heard that there are relatively much fewer places reserved for girls and so I really wonder if my girl has the luck to secure a place.

I heard it is not 2nd IN letter, it will be acceptance / reject letter. Anyone can confirm what I have heard?

Just only ONE chance - accept/reject.  But I wonder how they choose the kids by using about 10 minutes for interview and didn't check any originals/profolio on that day.

based on my son's comment they were asking to read a few English sentences, Putonghua words. then I think it is also important for the teacher to know if your kids are under good care from parents.

surprisingly, I heard from a current teacher that, although Raimondi mentioned in the application form that they prefer "big kids", the teacher does not receive any guideline or instruction to accept students with the preference to "big kids".

but I agree with the point that since the entire process is 10 minutes I guess first impression of the kids to teacher counts.

First impression. Guess my son failed as he was asking me what the pictures and words are on the classroom wall while the teacher was asking my wife and myself questions

You will never know until you received the acceptance or rejection letter.  This kind of interruption is not bad indeed.

You will never know. Maybe the teacher thinks your son is not an ordinary kid and with good observation.

I just can't imagine what they can see in just that 10 min. So perhaps they mainly look at which kindergarten the kid come from and the interview is only to find out if the kid and the parents are "normal"!

As I remember ( 4 years ago ),it was too fast for the whole interview...just used 10-15 minutes only..My son only came from common kingder....And I am a working mom...we have not rich background.But finally my son accepted by Ramondi.So I guess maybe my son has well performed during the interview.and he also has a cousin studied in Ramondi.So finally can accepted by school.~

haha, "normal" is very important indeed.

I think many seats of Raimondi will be released after the central allocation.

But heard upon accepting the seat from Raimondi you need to sign the letter of undertaking to give up the government allocation.
