I always compare vic. with the local schools, if they can ask for 3800 in nursery and 4800 in priamry school BUT still made a profit ( i think) and can provides:

-1 native english speaking teacher as a "class master",

-1 teaching assistants in class,

-all notices which are printed out in both english and chinese,

-ordering of books in attractive price or ordering of special pencil ( trangular shape),

-konwing what you parents are thinking and trying to help you by giving you what you want,

why can't our local DSS type schools, offer the same things? i don't mind paying if they gave me a native english and putonha teachers everyday for 5 hours.

my son never need me to teach him a/b/c but he learn his english all in vic. and he loves to read eng. books too. this is the goodthings that vic. offers
