Yes, vcd is given as matter of course.  

Don't treat this as the last stop but the first on long road.   Not good performance is opportunity to learn and improve for the next for you and your kid, but be careful with your kid.   My boy's first interview turned away from teacher, but we tried another way.  Use of less stressful language e.g. use meet /chat instead of interview /exam; provide incentives such as peanuts, which  my boy likes and say its from the teacher; attend early so he can play in the open area (but don't wait outside on the pavement with other parents and kids),  ask did he like playing with bikes, slides, etc. and would he like to come to this school, if so let's meet the very nice teacher, etc.   Be positive and upbeat regardless of performance and outcome.

I didn't received any CD when my daughter completed the interview on 17/10 .  I wonder if the teacher forgot or she wanted to keep it as there were only a few left on the teacher's desk at that time.
