YES!  今早收到 DBS電話有2ND INTERVIEW
and Letter in the mail box (public estate).

仔仔 APPN# 9XX, 不是讀九龍塘名校,
only normal Chinese Kindergarten
沒有任何聯繫關係,
但仔仔很喜歡英語,
選英語INTERVIEW,
希望大家都成功!

After the 1st interview,
he said only watched the TV but
NO questions were raised by the teacher.
so, we felt that there is definitely no chance.

Only he told me that he has answered some Questions few days ago.   
Now, Out of expectation.

ming pao said over 3,000 applicants for 1st interview.  so, those over 1,000 must receive call on Mon / Tue.

what? 3000?! Oh, I think there's no need for me to even think about it lor. If 2000, perhaps some luck, but luck can't help much if it's beyond 3000.

Sorry, 2200 is correct figure for 1st int.
3080 is for TSL 陳守仁.
Guess if 600 for 2nd int.
strive for 150, 4 to 1 ??

【明報專訊】拔萃男書院    附屬小學今年起改革收生制度，減低「世襲」優勢後，小一入學申請反應熱烈，校方一共接獲2200份申請表，競逐150個學額，平均近15人爭1個學位，申請表比上年1929份增加14%，創近年新高。

減「世襲」優勢 申請創新高

男拔由今年起，將篩選合資格學童進入次輪面試，但只計算面試表現，暫不考慮學童與學校的關聯，減低「世襲」優勢，直到次輪面試後才計算學童與學校關聯的分數。另一名校聖保羅    男女中學附屬小學今年亦接獲近2100份申請，競逐150個學額，情况與去年相若。

星島日報報道)  多所直資小學均開始接受小一報名，深受家長歡迎的 拔萃男書院附屬小學，昨日舉辦兩場家長簡介會，吸引約二千六百名家長參加，逼爆禮堂。校監張灼祥稱，

---->  今年修改收生準則，將舊生和宗教背景的加分，由以往在第一輪面試時加分，延至第二輪面試，以達至申請人公平競爭。
　　
　　拔萃男書院附屬小學現已開始招收下年度小一生，名額共一百五十個， <-------------

全年學費為四萬元，該校設有兩輪面試，在首輪面試後，會選三百名申請人進入第二輪面試。

30% 首輪面試佔的分數為三成，
55% 第二輪面試為五成半，
15% 學業成績和課外活動表現佔半成，
10% 剩餘的一成分數，會給予父親是校友、兄長在該校就讀、有聖公會領洗紙的申請人。

雖然我個app.no 係 1xxx , 但呢兩日無信無call.
我估都係唔得o既多. 打定輸數.

哈. 都好, certify, 唔使我日日心掛掛.

安心等其他學校 2nd in 結果.

is it really no one received the call from DBS which no. is more than 1500 ? really anxious about my son that he born on Dec/04 which is a super small kid. And the fact is all of the primary schools are unlike this group of kids even the kid is so smart and study in famous kindergarten, hope that DBS is the one and only one school will accept him....

In that case, you should wait another year, there is no need to hurry. It would be much better for him too.

yes, better let your super small kid to wait 1 year.
my kid super big kid (born in Jan.),  if rush, I put him P.1 already this Sept. in private school.

我今日在DBS同一位家長義工傾計, 她對我講#19XX 未會咁快收到通知的:)

所以#1000以上的應該仲有機會呀
