I don't think the competition is unfair but just that different judges have different criterias/bases. The male judge we had, he emphasized on the pronounciation, he said if u can't pronounce clearly, u will lose marks, so i think he gives high marks if u can pronounce clearly, etc.

my son also got a prize but he was not taking any courses from these organizations.

i think the competition is quite well organized compared to 幼兒藝術節.

i saw some kids in other competitions that they couldn't even pronounce clearly but still got prizes.

I think there will always be people complaining this and that competition is not fair becoz all parents think their children are the best, when they think they do well but do not get any prize, they get disappointed.
