i received the call yesterday.  My daughter had her first in on 26 Sep. 2nd in on 4 Nov. but my husband cannot attend as he has to go to work. he tried his best to talk to his boss but his boss did not release him.
Anyway, we'll try our best.

My child also answered one question wrong - the memory game. And the VP told her the correct answer. I'm surprised.

We got the call yest. 30/9 was 1st interview. 2nd on 3/11. Fingers crossed!

I just received the call an hour ago. We had our first interview on 16/10. We have no relationship, no religion and no backgrounds. I  am really surprised to have second interview as my son did not see the principal and he  was the first one leaving among th
e group , only forty minutes. The most surprised point is the interviewer concerned about where we live and kept asking my son how he goes to school (we live in far away n.t.) I just think we have no hope.... really really surprised.
So, for those who have no relationship, came out early, interviewed by vp, don't give up.

Those who had their 1st interview up to 22nd Oct have already received the calls for 2nd interview.  I think the list should have been exhausted and chance of getting calls for 2nd in will be getting slim.  Congratulations to all those smart kids who got the 2nd in.

I agreed with yr analysis.  I also think that if the last day of interview's kids have been called, then the ones that before should have no chance:(  (including my kid)......... Good luck for those who had got in!

Seems like all the shortlisted kids were interviewed by VP this time.... Any one who is interviewed by Principal and shortlisted here??

Indeed very slim chance if no call today as 300 calls may have been made today. Assume 1 person can make 30 calls per hour.

My son was interviewed by the principal....

The school will only shortlist 200 kids for 2nd interview and accept 150 of them.  Perhaps the other 50 will be for waitlisting....

Also, I don't think the calls were made according to the 1st interview date.

Don't give up and the chance is still here as the school mentioned that they will make the calls up to end of next week.

Also, I have 2 friends who received phone calls today and their kids were both interviewed by the VP.

Yes I called to the school two days ago and they indeed told me that they will make the calls till next week.

I called the school today. The staff said the school will still keep calling parents until 8th Nov for attending 2nd interview. The staff also mentioned that a portion of the shortlisted candidates will only be released by the principal everyday. Please note that the 2nd internview will end on 11th Nov as advised by the staff. So the coming week is the critical week for all the parents.

I don't think the calling sequence is related to the date of 1st interview. I can't see the logic and the reason behind.

For those who haven't received the call, please don't give up. Chances still exist!

Seems that the school called for those children whose interviews were performed by VP in the last couple of days.  Maybe the principal want to see them first?
