Yes, when my son was K2 (Oct 2007), his teacher complained that his 音唔準 and could not understand what he said. We took him to 健康院 and confirmed that out of 19 個發音, 11個發音 was incorrect. Finally, he got his first booking for speech therapy at 仁濟醫院 in Jan 2010 (3 years later)!!
We found a private speech therapist at last. It cost us $350/ 30 mins at that time. But after 10 lessons, he showed great improvement and after 20 lessons, the therapist said my son's 音 was 80% OK and no need to come again, just kept on training him using the materials that she gave us during the 20 lessons.
Hope my experience can give you some ideas and the costs.
