It's purely by luck ! I would aim high - La Salle.

Thank you. The other concern for me is the secondary school. If I choose La Salle, it is no doubt to La Salle secondary. But if I choose 油天, I can choose the secondary school base on my child ability and 油天 is boy-girl school. No figure about the student in La Salle will go to which school if cannot go directly to La Salle secondary.

我朋友個仔今年油天小六, 之前一路頭痛會被派去邊間中學, 佢話如果當年搵間有中學既就唔駛煩。
不過各有所好啦!

呢個亦係我嘅concern. 現在小一已經好煩, 6年後再煩多次. 爸爸話新油天的工課壓力可能會小d, 咁其實邊間程度較深?

講程度一定係喇沙深.  喇沙中學唔係收晒所有小學部學生, 都要keep到好成績先得.

Yes, I know it. But I cannot find the information about the left behind students will go to which schools. Since I know 新油天 will have 60% students go to English Secondary School. Do any parents know how many % of LS students promote to English Secondary School? Thanks.

新油天近年只有5x%可以升入band 1 中學.

喇沙書院通常收80%喇沙小六畢業生。但喇沙小學每級都out人，可以由喇沙小一升到小六已經是難事。

LSPS didn't kick anyone out. Did they ??????

My friend said LSPS did ask some of their student to consider to choose another primary school.  You can said they don't kick out but suggest you to leave.  Then LSPS will accept some top students from other primary schools, i.e., 宣道小學, 油天...

我覺得名校當然每年都會勸人走, 因大部份學生係抽播來的, 走咗D差既, 先有位收自己想收既新血, 如果唔係點KEEP 住個名?  
我知好多學校都有勸人走, 其中有MARYKNOLL。

The information is not from my friend's friend. Of course, the number of student who was being asked to leave is limited, but it is the truth.  Apart from La Salle and MARYKNOLL, 番禺會所華仁小學 is also the same.  My sister's son was requested to leave in P3 and he is now studying in international school.
