10/10 Music Theory finished, my son said it is ok wor, how about yours?

My girl also took part in the exam, she said it was not difficult and so as her friends said wor. I hope so la.

My son also said it's OK.......hope can get a better result.

How many past paper did yr son/daughter do before the exam???

My son did from 2004 to 2008 (totally 20 papers).  He felt sick of them!!!

My son only do past paper fr 2006-2008,
and got many mistake on the past paper,
i hope he will be pass in this exam la.

My students said it was easy, even easier than 2008!
If then, it should be no problem, don't worry!!

I didn't know there is a "pattern" of difficulty or easy ?

My students said the paper this year is easier than all the past paper they have done.

My students also told me that the 10/10 exam paper is comparatively easier than all the past papers they've done.

Dear Experience parent,

My son learn Theory since April. In the beginnig I am planning to have exam on Oct. At last the teacher told me he was not ready. (He don't want to do homeworks and so).
He is in P4 now, is he too young to learn Theory, he seem don't really understand the concept. Can any experience parent help?
He is going to take G6 exam next year, but he need to first PASS the G5 theory.

I don't want him to quit now cause I have spend some much time and money on it.

My daughter (she is also P4 this year) has learnt music theory since November last year (i.e. for almost one year) and she passed in the exam on 10 October this year.

Maybe you can let your son take the next exam.

I have two students who are also P4 and all got pass on 10/10 exams.

To pass the exam, do homework and past paper is really very important. Students MUST to do so.

Try to explain to him and find out why he don't want to do homework.

Thanks all for the support.
Beside 4 lessons per month, I have add 4 more lessons in Christmas holiday. And 4 extra lessons on Jan. That's all I can do and hope he can pass itat the end.

Theory is really poor for kids.....

Don't worry.  My son took the Grade 5 Theory Exam when he was in Garde 3.  He only took 12 lessons. The important thing is practising more in pass papers.
