i am sad too...my daughter has been rejected by MF, on that day, she behaved properly and did all tasks...but also rejected, even not in waiting list..really don't know what's their creteria for admission

當日interview老師第一個問題，就係問囝囝識唔識講野，咁我自己無經驗，即刻就答左唔係好識。其他指令除左要翻譯，其實全部都做到。

有時睇到其他爸爸媽媽既留言，就開始更加擔心個仔，究竟係自己教導無方，定係阿仔有學習障礙。依家好擔心又好唔開心！

every child's development is different. My brother in law couldn't speak until three when his father said needed to 割"利"根, and then suddendly he could speak sentence!

你仔仔幾大? 小朋友咁細個差一兩個月都好大變化, 所以大細b表現有分別係人之常情, 唔駛擔心. 我認為面試過程最緊要係家長同小朋友既溝通, 儘管未識用語言表達, 但看得出有交流. 例如: 小朋友未懂砌圖, 家長可以幫下佢, 鼓勵佢, 有時候利用身體語言去表達你地既rapport. 認知並非要考的重點, 唔識答或者答錯唔緊要, 願意學習模仿肯受教就得啦, 唔通樣樣識晒咁仲駛番學. 當然呢一兩年競爭大, 老師有多選擇, 唯有盡力而為.

另外, 我發現有d學校面試老師只係負責比分, 仲要由校長及其他老師作斷, 面試比重／佢地用咩野標準就真係冇人知.

已經十九個月大，亦都知道小朋友既發展唔可以作比較，不過有時控制唔到自己，見到人哋果個小朋友叻啲，自己既擔心又多啲。

起初以為interview好容易，原來咁困難！Anyway，會好好努力加油！！

hi bbysh, i haven't check this out yet, but i did find some negative comment on Think at other BK threads thus hkps & km will be my first priority....

My son also had the interview on that day at MOS.
My son needed my translation to finish the task and I tried to show what other things that he can do, such as asking he to tell what other things he can see in the picures ( a boy taking a bath), where does a plane fly... etc.
However, the way of the interview was not what I expected, it was too difficult and too formal for the BABY!

my colleagues who have children told me that usually the kindergarten will have observation instead of having individual interview.  This makes me really ....

唔好洩氣呀，只要你知道佢認知和溝通理解能力在循序漸進，可能只是說話會稍為比其他小朋友遲。

是關我囝囝二十一個月都o黎緊，都唔係好肯講o野，兩歲要返健康院，家庭醫生話兩歲無進展都要進行評估，其他理解認知能力都好好，如果真係說話遲，到時我就會快快找些語言治療幫助，總之我相信佢一定會曉講o野o既，可能遲do羅，要有信心呀！

當然，我也明白見到其他同齡小朋友句子都講緊，個心一定會好急呢，只是真的急也急不來，努力。

我個女係08/05bb, 平時同佢用中文溝通, 我地in左美孚nursery, 因為o係正樓下, 唔想佢咁細個番咁遠, 我地apply am, 佢收左。以我所知, nursery係用廣東話, 之後先分國際/英普/英"月"班。

我地係自己交表, 不過我地去美孚交都ok喎, 我估5-10分鐘就ok。

我個女係唔識講, 就算平時叫爸爸媽媽都係佢鍾意先叫。我地乜都冇prepare就去, 我覺得好難催谷。我地早到左30min, 諗住等阿囡warm up一下, 點知佢早成15min就叫我地in。我地一向估nursery的interview係observe父母同小朋友o既相處, 我地都只係好似平時咁自然表現。

老師都係先問我地平時講乜language同佢溝通, 跟住問平時邊個湊 (我話日頭工人, 夜晚我同老公), 跟住阿囡已經急不及待想攞顏色筆玩, 老師同我地講, 佢都好好奇喎! test左佢用畫筆, build blocks, 兩件玩具揀一架車, 餵公仔食carrot, 拍手, 佢竟然都做倒 (有d我地冇教過), 我地都係好似平時咁讚佢 (老師一齊講), 佢又知人地讚, o係度拍手! 當然, as i've expected, 佢係唔會叫我地, 我都係同老師講我地控制唔倒佢幾時叫, 佢鍾意時先會叫。最後同老師byebye, 都ok。

我覺得我地都幾好彩, 其實表現重好過平時。我老公因為工作關係, 佢以前要教人點去interview (見工o個d), 佢都估老師應該係好睇父母點同小朋友相處, 我諗自然d, 唔好表現得咁緊張, 會好d, 因為最緊要係小朋友開心。

其實我個囡講野都好遲, 而家都係努力同佢講多d。各位父母唔好氣餒/唔開心, bb會因為我地唔開心/太緊張而感到壓力!

有冇其他美孚nursery am收左? 交流o下?

Dear everyone, I've read through all your message and I'm a bit confused -- is there any International class for N1, or there is only one type of N1 class (i.e. bilingual)?.

My son was also admitted to KT am bilingual N1 class.

I saw another BK mom wrote a long long passage regarding her daughter studying in Think and how good the teachers there....I'm very impressed by her comment and therefore, I've applied Think.

My next target will be Cannan, HKPS and KM. Actually TT is very good in terms of 50% English and 50% PTH. However, the tuition fee is $7000/
