exactly on the 16th Oct or will be any day before that?  Everyday I go to open the letter box and worry abt getting the rejection.........  so any experienced mommy can talk abt this? (So I can be more relaxing for one more month)

No worry!  GT will interview the 2nd round candidates on Sept 29 before sending out the letter.  They will most probably send out the letter on the week of Oct 23.
