I could not find info about Kowloon Wah Yan College in http://chsc.edb.hkedcity.net/primary/,
so it should not be 津貼, 官立. But I also cannot find in private school list: http://cyberparents.com.hk/web%20private%20pri%20school.htm.


So what is it actually?

Kowloon Wah Yan is a secondary school.
