請比D意見關於康怡中英文幼稚園和北衛

我想問下有無人讀緊康怡中英文幼稚園 (上康怡) 或北角衛理幼稚園(北衛)，比D意見。知否這兩間幼稚園多數入到邊間小學多D? share or 比d意見, Tks

北角衛理幼稚園多數都係入返北角衛理小學...北角衛理小學就響幼稚園下面~ 康怡中英文幼稚園我就唔太清楚~ 不過如果俾我揀的話..我會揀北角衛理幼稚園 0.0

北衛有朋友話幾有愛心.

我囡囡在北角衛理幼稚園讀n1,  highly recommend, 不過k1去了第二間,因為我想佢讀天主教幼稚園.

我亞女讀緊kornhill international, ok 喎, 因為啱啱番學, 學校都知道d小朋友會未適應, 所以安排四至五個老師在課室裡面照顧十幾個小朋友, 而亞女既班主任兩個都係net. 所以如果要比較呢兩個學校, 我覺得反而係語言方面

我舊年又係報左呢兩間nursery, 兩間都收左我個仔, 當時我都考慮左好耐, 結果揀左衛理堂...一來近婆婆, 方便照顧, 二來我地認為咁細個學好德育, discipline, 啟發小朋友學習興趣緊要d, 學language 第日大把機會學....加上interview當日&交留位費當日d admin staff 比我地既印象好差!

而家囝囝返衛理堂已經幾星期, 日日返學都好開心, d 老師好有愛心架~~

onchai and 又旺你: 同意你們的講法，因我去問Kornhill 有關playgp 的資料，佢地好似周身唔得閒，好忙啦!我想揀它因為可以學language and 我屋企對面, 但又唔知將來會人到邊幾間小學，所以有迷惑。北衛就正如你們的comment, 好開心啦，老師有愛心等，我個日電話查詢，個staff 都好nice ，小學我就唔擔心，因為都幾容易入到循道或衛理小學，所以心大心細，可能都想阿女識多D唔同的language 打好個底!!

如果kornhill int'l 近你屋企都可以考慮既, 我果陣其中一個原因都係唔想囝囝咁細個搭校車(因婆婆住北角)~

另一concern 就係小學問題, 我問過kornhill, 佢地既答案亦係我扣分原因之一, 答左=冇答, 老師初初答我好多學生會升讀international, 亦有學生會入讀一般local primary (我夠知啦@@), 再三追問, 又話呢d資料一向唔向外公佈, 究竟有幾秘密呢~~ 所以我結果揀左北衛, 不過一如佢地教學宗旨...真係唔著重language, 所以我有幫囝囝報外面 eng playgroup, at least 比個機會佢接觸下d native eng 囉!

我會建議兩間都報, 咁interview 時自己同bb都可以感受下鍾唔鍾意間學校&老師 (順帶一提, kornhill interview 時個外藉老師比我好好印象架, 不過老公提醒我, 見果個老師未必係日後上堂既老師, 哈哈!)

啱, 兩間都報晒先, 自己去感受下, 我一開始心水都唔係呢間架, 不過去到kornhill int'l, 我就改變主意, 為左更了解學校, 我成日係上堂時間, 借d易去交下野, 比下$, 睇下佢地上堂情況, 我見到佢地係playground 到玩, 真係好開心, 可能地方又大, 可以比小朋友跑跑跳跳
不過kornhill int'l 又真係無聯繫小學, 如果讀local, 都係政府大抽籤, 我諗佢地覺得講唔講都一樣, 不過如果你想考直資/私校, 我諗呢d學校會著數少少既,

you're right onchai, my daughter has been studying in kornhill since march this year, i was also attracted by the foreign teacher during interview, she taught my gal for around 5 months and she liked her so so much!  ... i've seen many nursery students running to her for a hug everyday they arrive school .... unfortunately she no longer works here this new school year, my gal is still missing her soooo much!

IMO, anyone who is looking for more open-minded development & less discipline can go for this school.

Jentsoi and other "Kornhill Int'l Mammy",

I would like to apply PN for my girl this year. As I am the one who hope to develop good English-speaking environment for my girl, thus just wanna know if what language they will used as a teaching medium for a kid? And their % of lauguage used in the class?

Please advise.

我同事2個仔都响kornhill int'l讀~~佢話好好喎~老師好有愛心~~佢而家2個仔都讀小學喇。

If you're looking for a nursery that's using english as teaching medium, Kornhill Int'l is truely the perfect one.

My son is now attending pre-nursery and it's conducted 100% in English. Majority of its teachers are native speakers and in fact all their communication with parents are in English in terms of written or oral. According to the school, there will be English and Putonghua starting K1 onwards.

That's also my concern as I hope my son can join the local stream of primary school, I'm still wondering to change to a more chinese focus kinder in K1 in order to prepare for primary. However, since my son has studied in this nursery in Sept, his English is kept improving (despite the fact that we also speak with him in English at home) and now becomes his first language.

Can any parents of past students share with us which primary did most kids go to? I'm still struggling between this one or a new one, but nevertheless, this is a good and carring kinder.
