Can those accepted go for lucky draw?

Dear all St Clare's parents,
May I know if the KG pupils being accepted by the primary school, can the pupil go for lucky draw for the govt and subsidized schools?
I heard from one parent whose girl studied in the KG over 10 years ago said, parents of KG graduates, need to declare their girls won't go back to the primary if they go for lucky draw, is it true?

last year, the pupil still can go for lucky draw, but not sure this year since they change the principal.
